Meet Grace

Grace Alignay-Kennedy lives to serve. She is a U.S. Army veteran who has served overseas and has traveled to Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean. She is now based in New York City where she used the G.I. Bill to get a degree in Accounting and switched from corporate to nonprofits in order to positively impact communities directly with a focus on economic, social, and environmental progress. As a project manager and financial fiduciary, Grace has arranged travel and accommodations in very remote parts of countries while managing risk, budgets and reporting, and ensuring general compliance.

Throughout the years, she had sought out entrepreneurship opportunities to fulfill a lifelong passion in design and giving back to communities. Her time overseas was full of inspiration and creativity and sparked her love for travel. She became active in entrepreneurship communities in NYC, and experienced a couple unsuccessful attempts in fashion.

After the loss of her mother to pancreatic cancer, she was reminded of how fragile life is and how important it is to live a more balanced life especially in an overworked culture. The greatest wealth is our health. Therefore, vacation is not just a luxury, it's a necessity.

Using the same passion she has for helping others achieve their goals, live their true authentic selves, and attain happiness, Travelbee is a culmination of her love of travel, social mission, helping others explore the world, learn new experiences and build precious memories. She enjoys helping clients discover authentic travel experiences and off the beaten path destinations and takes great satisfaction in making a difference in every detail of the experience.
